Each player may hold only one active paldo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and paldo (hereinafter "paldo," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at paldo.bio and its associated subdomains.
By accessing the paldo website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the paldo platform.
paldo operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on this platform are conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR's implementing rules and regulations, and the Republic Act No. 9287 (Anti-Illegal Numbers Game Law), Republic Act No. 10927 (Casino Anti-Money Laundering Act), and other applicable statutes.

The paldo platform is strictly available to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration, as mandated by PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online casino and sports betting operations in the Philippines. This age threshold reflects the legal standard for casino gambling in the Philippines and is not subject to exception.
The paldo platform is operated for the use of players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from within the Philippines and that your use of the Services is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or location.

Each individual player may hold only one (1) active paldo account at any time. The use of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. paldo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.
You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information — particularly regarding age, identity, or payment method ownership — may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Your paldo account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, accessed by, or used on behalf of any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. paldo strongly recommends: (a) using a unique password not shared with any other service; (b) enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP; (c) logging out from shared or public devices immediately after each session; and (d) reporting any suspected unauthorized access to paldo support immediately at [email protected].
An account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. paldo will attempt to notify a dormant account holder via registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy administration fee, as permitted under applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players with dormant accounts should contact paldo support to reactivate their accounts before any administrative fee applies.
paldo is legally required to conduct identity verification under PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations and the Republic Act No. 10927. A Player may be asked to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License) and proof of address at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by paldo may result in suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
paldo accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash-in. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined by your verified account tier and the applicable limits of the selected payment method. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Specific limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of each transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day. GCash and Maya withdrawals to fully verified accounts are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of request approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule. paldo does not charge internal processing fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
All funds held in a paldo account and all transaction records are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). paldo does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PHP.
Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal against a genuine paldo deposit through your payment provider without prior contact with paldo support constitutes a breach of these Terms. paldo reserves the right to suspend the associated account, withhold any associated balance pending investigation, and recover funds lost through fraudulent chargeback activity through all available legal means.
From time to time, paldo offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable in their credited form. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") on qualifying games before they convert to Real Money eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page and in the account bonus tracker. Wagering Requirements are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
Not all games contribute equally to satisfying Wagering Requirements. As a general rule: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%; sports betting wagers may contribute at a rate specified per promotion. paldo reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; collusion between players to trigger bonus conditions; or any other conduct that paldo determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute exploitation of promotional terms.
Promotional offers are available to eligible players only. paldo reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria for any promotion at any time. Players who have activated self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to participate in new promotional offers during the restriction period.
All games on paldo use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified to produce statistically fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes. No outcome is predetermined or manipulated. Game results are final once settled by the system. In the event of a game malfunction, paldo reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the wagered amounts to the players involved.
The following actions constitute Prohibited Activity and are strictly forbidden on the paldo platform:

Any attempt to exploit match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregular betting patterns will be investigated and reported to relevant sporting bodies and PAGCOR. Such accounts will be immediately suspended and winnings from affected markets will be voided.

paldo urges all account holders to protect their login credentials from minors in their household. If you believe a minor has accessed or used your paldo account, contact support immediately. All such reports are treated with strict confidentiality and processed as a priority.
All content on the paldo platform — including but not limited to the paldo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, databases, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of paldo or its licensed content providers. This content is protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and applicable international copyright law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the paldo platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any paldo content. Any unauthorized use of paldo's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldo's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits paldo's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
paldo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if paldo reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player's account is being used in a manner that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations; (c) continuation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or AML risk to paldo; or (d) the Player has provided false or misleading information during or after registration.
Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, paldo may, in its reasonable discretion: (a) void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds; (b) withhold Real Money balances pending investigation; (c) report the matter to PAGCOR, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement where required by law. Real Money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the verified originating payment method following completion of any required investigation.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting paldo support. Prior to closure, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money balances will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method. If the account closure is linked to problem gambling concerns, paldo will process the closure as a self-exclusion and will report it to PAGCOR's registry where applicable.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and paldo arising from the use of the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through paldo's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. paldo will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation and regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures. Escalation to the courts of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines is available as a last resort following exhaustion of the above steps.
paldo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, business operations, or platform features. When material changes are made, paldo will notify registered Players via email or SMS to their registered contact details at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the paldo platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any Real Money balance.
